United Finance AGM approves cash dividend

The United Finance Limited organised its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Dhaka Ladies Club in the city on Wednesday, says a statement.

Chairman of the company Imran Ahmed presided over the meeting where other directors and high officials were present.

Addressing the AGM, he said the company earned an after-tax profit of Tk 276 million in 2018 (Jan-Dec).

The meeting approved cash dividend of Tk 1.00 per share for the year 2018.
