125 students get bicycles in Chandpur

CHANDPUR, Sept 09 (BSS): A total of 125 bicycles were distributed among meritorious students of 52 educational institutions in Sadar upazila on Tursday.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mohammad Mohsin Uddin distributed the bicycles as the chief guest at a function at the Sadar Upazila Auditorium.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest said the educated young generation can play a pivotal role in advancing the country.

Bicycles are not just a mode of transportation for students, but also a significant support for their education, he added.
