Bogra road crash kills constable

BOGRA, Oct 28 (BSS): A police constable was killed as a truck hit his motorbike in front of Sajahanpur upazila parishad of the district on Saturday .

The victim was identified as Belal Hossain, 40, a constable of Sherpur Thana.

Officer-in-charge of Sherpur Thana Bulbul Islam said the accident occurred on the Dhaka-Bogra highway of the area at about 8.30 am when a truck hit the bike from opposite direction, leaving the bike rider Belal dead on the spot.
