Decoprima pesticide saves veg fields from root rotting disease

BOGRA, Jan 23: Decoprima pesticide can be used in vegetable field for driving root and leaf rotten. It can be used when leaves turn yellowish, flowers fall and fungal attack. It makes plants strong and fresh.
These were disclosed in a consciousness meeting on Tuesday on the premises of upazila agriculture office in Shajahanpur upazila.
Upazila agriculture officer Sohel Md Shamsuddin Firoz presided over the meeting. Golam Mosihuddin Sikder Mohsin, proprietor of Microbial Bio-Pesticide and Fertiliser, attended the meeting as the chief guest. A good number of farmers took part in the meeting.
"My vegetable cropland was attacked with bacteria and soil-born other disease, said farmer Salam Uddin of Dupchanchia upazila. "I got a good result using the pesticide in my cropland," he added.
A good number of farmers also shared their experience regarding the insecticide.
