Missing man's body recovered in Meherpur

MEHERPUR, Feb 23 (BSS): Police recovered the body of a van driver from a field near Chhatian-Badiapara road in Gangni upazila of the district on Sunday noon a day after he went missing.
The deceased was identified as Atiar Rahman, 35, son of Rahidul Islam, a resident of Karamdi village of the upazila.
On information, a police team rushed to the spot and recovered the mutilated body from a field beside the road, said Bani Israel, OC of Gangni Police Station.
