Motorcyclist dies in Pirganj road accident

RANGPUR, July 23 (BSS): A motorcyclist was killed as a truck hit his bike in Pirganj upazila in the district on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Jamuna Rani, 38, hailing from Gaibandha district. She was an NGO activist.
Officer-in-Charge of Pirganj Thana Saresh Chandra said the accident occurred around 10 am at Mokimpur on Laldighi-Baluahat Road, leaving Jamuna Rani dead on the spot.
Police seized the truck. A case was filed.
