Rabindra Sangeet Sammelan concludes in Nilphamari today

NILPHAMARI, Mar 10: The three-day Jatiyo Rabindra Sangeet Sammelan, which was kicked off at 4.00pm on the Nilphamari Govt High School ground on Friday, concludes tomorrow (Sunday).

Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor, MP, opened the festival.

All section of people of all ages including teachers, students, lawyers, artistes, elites, professionals, peasants, workers and so on attended the function.

Over 1,000 delegates across the country including renowned singers, poets and novelists are taking part in the festival.

National Committee of the Rabindra Sangeet Sammelan Parishad, Dhaka extended all out cooperation in it and three philanthropists sponsored the event financially excluding local contributors.

The festival attracted the people of neighbouring districts of the region and they attended the historical commemoration of the memorable occasion.
