Reception to 15 Magura cultural personalities

MAGURA, Mar 17: Fifteen people were accorded reception at a ceremony in the district on Sunday for their outstanding contribution in different fields of culture.

Magura Zilla Shilpakala Academy organised the programme marking the 99th birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

State Minister for the Social Welfare Ministry Sharif Ahmed attended the event as the chief guest.

Magura-1 MP Saifuzzaman Shikhor and Magura-2 MP Sree Biren Shikder were present as the special guests in the function.

Magura Deputy Commissioner Md Ali Akber presided over the ceremony.
