Satkhira, Tangail road accidents kill four

A total of four persons were killed in separate road accidents in Satkhira and Tangail districts on Thursday, reports agency.
In Satkhira, three people were killed in a road accident on Satkhira-Khulna highway in Satkhira Sadar upazila early Thursday, said police.
The deceased was identified as Arizul Gazi, 28, son of Akbar Ali Gazi, of Jashore's Jhikargacha upazila, Asadul Islam Fakir, 55, son of Shamsur Kabir of Satkhira's Tala upazila, and Abdus Selim, 35, son of Abdul Aziz of the same upazila.
In Tangail, a kindergarten teacher was killed and two others were injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a CNG-run auto rickshaw on the Dhaka-Tangail highway in Rasulpur area under Sadar upazila of the district on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Abdul Alim, 50, son of Abdul Quddus, resident of Rajapur Char area in Bhuapur upazila of the district.
