Stalked schoolgirl 'kills self' in Magura

MAGURA, July 27 (UNB): A schoolgirl allegedly committed suicide by taking poison after being stalked by a youth at Horishkhali village in Shalikha upazila here on Saturday morning.

The deceased was identified as Mita Begum, 15, a ninth grader of Gobra Panchapalli High School.

Tarikul Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Shalikha Police Station, said being informed by family members police recovered the body.
