Student dies falling from tree in Noakhali

NOAKHALI, Feb 01 (BSS): A college student died falling from a tree at Kachchhpia village under Subarnachar upazila of the district on Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Yasin Arafat Arman, 17, a class XI student of Saikat Government College, and son of Khalil Ullah, a resident of Kachchhpia village of the upazila.

Arman climbed on the tree to cut its branches around 11 am. At one stage, he fell from the tree and

sustained critical injuries, family sources

said.

He was rushed to the upazila health complex where the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
