Training course on mushroom farming held in Magura

MAGURA, Sept 09: ASA arranged a training course on mushroom cultivation in the district on Monday.

National Mushroom Development Institute Deputy Director Nirod Chandra Sarker attended the event as the chief guest.

Magura DAE Deputy Director Zahidul Amin and Magura Regional Spice Research Center Senior Scientific Officer Dr Moniruzzman were the special guests at the programme. Magura ASA district manager Shahidul Islam presided over it.

A total of 30 people took part in the training course.

Speakers said people show more interest in production of the food item for easy farming process, low cost and high market price.
