Vice Chancellor of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, Dr Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah being adorned with the rank badge of Major at the BNCC head quarters in the city recently. Director General of BNCC Brigadier General Md Abdul Baten Khan and director (training and admission) of BNCC Lt Col Toufiq Nowshad jointly adorned Dr Nazmul with the badge.
