Completion of Mehdipur-Abdul Nabi Road

It is wonderful that the development national budget for 2018-19 fiscal year prioritises small and medium size projects aimed at helping rural people. It is also great that the government wants to complete the small projects before the parliamentary polls this year. The 2.1-kilometre Mehdipur-Abdul Nabi Road under Dagonbhuiyan Upazila of Feni is a small project that deserves priority treatment as per the government plan. It's notable that half of the road was completed in the fiscal year 2013-14. The local lawmaker wrote DO letters to LGED Chief Engineer time and again seeking completion of the remaining half from Mehdipur BR Khan Bari to Abdul Nabi Mannan Mizi Bari. It is therefore fervently requested that the LGED authorities honour the DO letters and take necessary steps considering greater public interest.
