Depression is real
September 14, 2020 00:00:00
There are always challenges before the youth, apart from excitement of this robust part of life. Seniors say it is not easy to overcome the crisis of age transition in life. However, the present-day youths are perhaps suffering from a bit more depression as a common problem. The pandemic has increased the level of depression for them. It comes out of loneliness and often lack of optimism.
We think, families and society need to come up with powerful messages full of assurances for the younger generation to lead a healthy life. We should also talk about the reasons of depression and motivate people from being suicidal throughout their life. When people have good prospects of jobs and building family, and are also surrounded by good friends, there is no reason for them to suffer from lack of inspiration to live. A sense of happiness should be ensured in individuals, families and society to get rid of this crisis.
