Drinking green tea

Tea is a favourite drink for millions of people. The world today consumes 3,000,000 tonnes of tea a year! However, it is green tea without sugar, which is a healthy drink. It offers health benefits such as keeping skin, heart and stomach strong. In our country, people have been habituated to drink tea but with a lot of sugar and condensed milk or vegetable fat in most cases, In fact, drinking 3-4 cups of green tea a day keeps energy level high. Green tea is considered one of the world's healthiest drinks and contains one of the highest amounts of antioxidants of any tea. It is believed to improve brain function, reduce fat and lower risk of cancer and some other diseases. However, unsweetened brewed green tea is a zero-calorie beverage, which is popular among health conscious people. We in Bangladesh should replace milk tea with green tea.
