For a stress-free life!

Stress is an integral part of today's world. We all know that our lives will never be entirely stress-free. We all have to complete work in too little time. The never-ending traffic congestion in the city makes matters worse. We should simplify our lives by quitting smoking, beginning to exercise and eating healthier foods. We should try to engage in activities like walking, playing a sport, doing yoga etc. Such simple activities can lighten up our mood and drive away stress.
