Helping street children

Street children are also humans. It's unfortunate that they are treated so badly only because they areon the streetmost parts of the day. Hundreds of them are seen on the streets in the cities especially in Dhaka.They are actually born in the families that live in the slums. So, they live the way they were born.

Many children come to cities with their families and they are added to the list of street children. They can neither meet the needs of their life nor are they given the opportunity to build their future. Rather they suffer neglect and deprivation that often lead them to desperate activities.

There are some noble initiativesto help them. But those are not enough since so many children are still seen living on the streets. As the youths from the middle class families, we feel sorry for their conditions. Can't we do something for them?
