Improving train service
February 14, 2025 00:00:00
As one of the country's primary modes of transportation, trains have long earned the trust of the general public. However, in recent times, frequent schedule disruptions, indefinite service suspensions, a shortage of trains, and declining service quality have made train journeys increasingly difficult for passengers. Countless travellers fail to reach their destinations on time, negatively impacting both their professional and personal lives. Moreover, ticket black-marketing and severe overcrowding have further worsened the situation.
Given the current challenges, it is crucial to ensure punctuality, increase the number of trains, enhance transparency in the ticketing system, and improve passenger safety and service quality.
