Laughter is the best medicine for a healthy life

Laughter has become a rarity nowadays and we see many people suffering from depression. Laughter and exercise can boost our health in a significant way. It is good to know that laughter can support immune system, improve blood pressure, stimulate organs and reduce pain! If we laugh often, we will have a more positive outlook about life and it will help us deal with daily stress in our lives in a more effective way. "Laughter is the best medicine" in Reader's Digest magazine is my favourite section. Laughter is not only good for a moment, but also have a lasting effect on our life and wellbeing. Everyone loves people having a good sense of humour and can amuse people spontaneously. No one likes to be around ill-tempered people. One of my uncles is known to be very jolly-minded and he can make people laugh without any visible effort. People also like to accompany him. I've spent many hours with him and always cherish those moments dearly. Laughter can reduce stress, and lessen chances of catching cold and much more. Actor-comedian Charlie Chaplin rightly said that a day without laughter is a day wasted.
