Limiting rickshaws will encourage people to walk

We have a bad habit of taking rickshaws even when we have to go a short distance. This is why most of the time people do not walk. But walking is an easy and effective workout. It puts less pressure on our body and regardless whether the person is young or old, walking can be easily incorporated into our lives.
Walking can trim our waistline, increase our fitness level, prevent heart disease, keep weight under control, lift our moods, reduce depression, strengthen our bones and provide many other health benefits.
We should start slowly and gradually pick up speed. Later we should stretch and give our bodies time to cool down.
I believe limiting rickshaws will help us enjoy better health.
