New Year mayhem at Istanbul

ON the New Year's eve, 39 people were killed in an upscale night club at Istanbul in Turkey. They were killed when they were welcoming the New Year. The assailants sprayed bullets indiscriminately and killed 39 people and injuring many others seriously. The Istanbul police are looking for the killers. No one has yet claimed  responsibility of the incident. The dastardly act on the New Year's Eve proved once again that nobody is safe and secure anywhere in the world. We are insecure in our world and every day innocent people are getting killed in terror attacks. When the powerful countries are competing with each other in arms race, the terrorists are creating a havoc in the world. The world should be united to fight terrorism. The terrorists are friends of none.  Killing unarmed and innocent people will create panic among the peace loving people but we must overcome this fear and fight back. We must create a society based on equality, democracy, accountability and justice. We pray for the people who lost their lives or are injured in the Istanbul night club while they were celebrating the New Year's night.
