Scary world for children

Before the ongoing pandemic, global media reports spreada lot of bad news relating to violence, civil war, crisis of refugee and migration, political conflicts and rise of racism here and there. Even in recent days, terrorist attacks on schools and children in some vulnerable countries and incidents of rape in Bangladesh continue to disturb minds of sensitive people.

This is the world the children of the current generation are living in while the coronavirus crisis has further made them depressed. They not only experience shutdown and restrictions in social life but also witness struggle - financial and otherwise - in their families. We believe, children always deserve better from society. So, authorities and social leaders should try to give a long thought on what needs to be done to bring peace and confidence in the psyche of the future leaders of the country.
