Setting up school in every village

February 19, 2022 00:00:00

We may easily be disappointed if we closely monitor a rural village. Most of our villages do not have more than one school. There are many villages which do not even have any educational institution. The schools are not equipped with basic educational instrument. Other facilities for students are also missing. There are only two to three teachers appointed for a primary school. Consequently, students are not getting the required attention because of which most do not even make it to the secondary level.

Even the successful students are usually unable to attend secondary school because the village does not have any. Students cannot afford to travel to other cities for schooling. Many of these children have a lot of potential that they can benefit from if given the right academic opportunities. I urge the authorities concerned to take initiatives so that every village in Bangladesh has at least one quality educational institution with all facilities.
