Wishing early recovery of Omar Sunny

I was saddened to read about the news of hospitalisation of our popular film actor Omar Sunny. He had four blocks in his heart's arteries. Later doctors decided to have vascular ring surgery on his blocked arteries. He is now recovering from the surgery and we hope that he would be back to his work soon. Sunny made his debut with the film Chader Alo in 1990 and it was a blockbuster movie. The movie gave him stardom overnight and made him the most sought-after hero in Bangla movie. In 2000 he distanced himself from the movie industry and took a 13-year break from films, before starring in the film Ami Tumi She in 2013. He featured in many screen pairs with Shabnoor, Popi, and Moushumi. Of late he was mostly doing the negative roles and the audience liked his performance. I pray for his quick recovery and wish him all the best.
