Govt withdraws BGB DG

Director General of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Major General Abul Hossain has been withdrawn. According to a gazette notification issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on March 7, he has been attached to the Bangladesh Armed Forces Division. The order will come into effect immediately, it added. Earlier on November 2, 2016, Major General Abul Hossain was appointed Director General (DG) of BGB. — UNB
