Much to the risk of its passenger, a signal bar falls on a battery-run rickshaw at Khilgaon rail crossing in the capital on Monday. Signal bars are used to caution errant, unruly vehicles as well as passengers before trains cross such built-up areas. But jaywalkers often forget that a moment of carelessness may put their lives in peril.
