Bus services of 11 northern dists resume

Bogra, Feb 28: Bus services from 11 northern districts to the capital via Bogra resumed on Wednesday evening, 12 hours after the transport operators suspended the service over a dispute between bus workers and owners. The decision to resume bus services came at an urgent meeting convened by the Deputy Commissioner of Bogra with the local leaders of transport owners and workers. In the morning, transport owners of 11 northern districts-Bogra, Naogaon, Joypurhat, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh, Rangpur, Nilphamari, Gaibandha, Kurigram and Lalmonirhat-suspended the bus services via Bogra.— UNB

Nepal halts LDC graduation plan
