Rape suspect, ‘drug dealer’ killed in ‘gunfights’

A rape suspect and an alleged drug dealer were killed in gunfights on Tuesday. A rape suspect was killed in an alleged shootout with police in Mymensingh's Bhaluka upazila. The incident took place at Hatiber village of Uthura. The dead Saiful Islam, 40, was accused in a case over the rape of a schoolgirl. Another man accused in drug-related cases was killed in an alleged 'shootout' with Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in city's Uttarkhan. The dead was identified as 28-year-old Anwar Hossain of Kishoreganj, who used to live in Uttarkhan.— bdnews24.com

Trump again blasts India over tariffs
