Md. Moqublar Rahman Today (Tuesday) is the 21st death anniversary of Md. Moqublar Rahman, former assistant secretary (drafting), Ministry of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, says a statement.
Moqublar Rahman left behind a son and a host of friends, colleagues and relatives to mourn his death.
Marking the day, a Doa and Milad Mahfil will be held after maghrib prayer at Kakrail Circuit House Jame Mosque in the city.
All have been requested to join the programme and pray for his departed soul.
