BNP Senior Vice-Chairman Tarique Rahman will have to surrender before court if he wants bail in the case in which a trial court had acquitted him, Law Minister Anisul Haque has said, report bdnews24.com

"Tarique Rahman will get bail if he surrenders in the case in which he was acquitted. It is up to him if he wants to abide by the High Court's order or not," he told reporters after meeting the British High Commissioner on Tuesday.

Tarique Rahman, eldest son of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, was found not guilty by Judge Md Motahar Hossain of Special Judges' Court-3 on November 17 in a money laundering case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
