Banking conference begins today

The two-day '9th Annual Banking Conference-2022' will begin today (Saturday) in the city, reports BSS.

Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) is organising the conference aiming at bringing together experts, academicians and researchers from all over the region to exchange and share knowledge, experience and research outputs on banking and related issues.

BIBM Governing Board Chairman and Bangladesh Bank (BB) Governor Abdur Rouf Talukder is expected to inaugurate the banking conference at the BIBM auditorium in the city, said a press release.

GIZ Bangladesh is giving special support to this year's annual banking conference. The main topic of discussion in this year's banking conference is 'Sustainable Development'.
