Correction (18-04-2019)

The year of conducting the survey on taxpayers' satisfaction was not mistakenly mentioned in the front-page news item, published in the April 17, 2019 issue of the FE under the headline 'Respondents give mixed reaction'. Actually, the survey was conducted in 2017.

The inadvertent mistake is regretted.
