Dismissed officials of Al-Arafah Islami Bank stage a sit-in in front of the bank's head office at Purana Paltan on Thursday, demanding reinstatement. At one point, the bank's security personnel attack the protesters, triggering clashes. At least 20 people, including the head of the bank's human resources (HR), were injured during the clash between the bank's security personnel and recently terminated employees.
