Fakhrul, Khasru leave for US today

BNP secretary-general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and standing committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury will leave Dhaka today (Sunday) for attending the 'National Prayer Breakfast' in Washington, the United States.

Member of BNP media cell Sairul Kabir Khan said that they will leave Dhaka for Washington today for attending the programme.

He said that BNP acting Chairman Tarique Rahman was also invited to attend the programme scheduled on February 5 and 6, 2025.

But it is still unclear whether Mr Tarique Rahman will attend the upcoming event or not.
