Fakhrul leaves for London to meet Tarique Rahman

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir left the country on Saturday for London, UK to meet acting chairman of the party Tarique Rahman.
His wife Rahat Ara Begum was accompaning him during the visit.
The couple left capital Dhaka by a flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines at 8:20 am.
Member of BNP media cell Sairul Kabir Khan said that Mr Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and his wife would stay for 10 days in the United Kingdom.
The BNP secretary general would discuss different political and other issues including the upcoming national election with Tarique Rahman, according to party sources.
They are expected to return home on 11th December.
