The FE Editor, Shamsul Huq Zahid, joined by a host of corporate clients, journalists, and staff members, inaugurated the celebration by cutting a cake to mark the newspaper's founding anniversary.
In his remarks, Mr Zahid expressed his heartfelt gratitude to The Financial Express's valued readers, advertisers, shareholders and well-wishers for their unwavering support and cooperation over the years.
"On this momentous occasion, we express our deep gratitude to our valued readers, advertisers, shareholders of International Publications Limited - the owning company of the FE - staff and well-wishers. We are particularly thankful to our readers for their unalloyed support and loyalty," said the FE editor.
The event was attended by representatives and senior executives from leading banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, business houses, and other corporate entities.
