NBR seeks budget proposals for FY27

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has sought budget proposals from taxpayers, trade bodies and other stakeholders for the upcoming 2026-27 fiscal year, aiming to formulate a participatory, pro-people and business-friendly budget, reports BSS.

In a press release issued Tuesday, the NBR said it has been preparing revenue policies as part of the government's overall budget formulation process and has consistently engaged with taxpayers, industrial and business associations, trade bodies, professional organisations and others.
