Oikyafront cent percent united, says Dr Kamal

Jatiya Oikyafront convener Dr Kamal Hossain said on Wednesday their alliance was cent percent united.

Kamal, also Gono Forum president, said, "Our unity is still intact… because it is the unity of 160 million people. We will resist anti-people force by launching a united movement," he said at a press briefing at the party's Arambagh office in the capital on the day.

He said an influential section was out to create a controversy about Oikyafront.

He, however, did not make any comment whether his party Gonoforum's two MPs-elect would join parliament or not.

Dr Kamal further said, "I visited many places and found our alliance's unity intact and it'll be consolidated in the days to come."

He said their alliance's aim was to gather strength further involving all and give it an institutional shape.
