Pak business team to visit Dhaka from Jan 10

A trade delegation of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the apex trade body of Pakistan, is expected to begin a six-day visit to Dhaka, starting from January 10, according to a wing concerned of the Ministry of Commerce.

The delegation has shown interest in visiting Bangladesh following the invitation from the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries.

In a recent letter, the Pakistan High Commission in Bangladesh requested the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to extend necessary cooperation to the trade delegation.

The delegation will meet with high-ups of the interim government and different trade bodies. Multiple issues, including bilateral trade, commerce, and diplomacy, are expected to be discussed during the visit.
