Paramount Textile declares 20pc dividend

The Board of Directors of Paramount Textile at a meeting on Wednesday recommended 15 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders and 5.0 per cent stock dividend for all -- a total of 20 per cent dividend -- for the year ended on June 30, 2020, says a statement.

Considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and business expansion, the directors and sponsors have surrendered their dividend for the betterment of the company as well as for the sake of stakeholders' interests, it added.
