Register as voters before Jan 2

The Election Commission of Bangladesh has called on citizens aged 18 and above who have not yet obtained a national identity card to register as voters before the publication of the draft electoral roll, reports bdnews24.com.

The draft voter list is scheduled to be released on Jan 2, 2025, the EC said in a statement on Monday.

The commission urged individuals born on or before Jan 1, 2007, who have not registered as voters, to visit their local Upazila or Thana election offices to complete the registration process.
