Six die as car collides with autorickshaw

MOULVIBAZAR, July 07: At least six people have been killed and four others injured in a head-on collision between a car and an autorickshaw in Moulvibazar Sadar Upazila, reports bdnews24.com.

The accident occurred in Nadampur area on Saturday, Moulvibazar Model Police Station OC Sohel Ahmed said.

Police found four passengers of the autorickshaw dead at the site of the accident, said Sub-Inspector Gias.

Two other victims died after the six injured were taken to the Moulvibazar General Hospital.

The four survivors were transferred to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital for better treatment.

Police could not identify the victims immediately.
