Commerce Adviser Sk Bashir Uddin will inaugurate the programme at Begunbari in the capital's Tejgaon at 10am.
The TCB will start selling sugar this month as part of the drive. Sugar sales remained halted for a couple of months due to shortages.
The corporation will sell soybean oil, sugar, and lentil. However, rice would not be available this month due to supply shortage.
Besides, each smart card holder can purchase two litres of soybean oil at Tk 100 per litre, two kilograms of lentil at Tk 60 per kg, and one kg of sugar at Tk 70 per kg.
