A total of 35 students of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) under the course of Environmental Sciences and Sociology visited Remi Holdings Limited recently, says a press release.
ULAB organised the programme in association with ULAB's Center for Sustainable Development (CSD).
ULAB Faculty Joy Bhowmik and Shantanu Kumar Saha led the group for this day long field trip.
Remi Holdings Limited's officials informed students about the environment-friendly architecture and management of their garments factory to the visiting students. Students were then shown how the factory architecture and its technology are keeping the environment safe from any of its adverse effects.
