The Flow Fest, in partnership with Prime Now, launched the two-day 3rd National Youth Wellness Festival on the BRAC University (BRACU) campus in the capital on Wednesday.
More than 500 students from 10 different universities across Dhaka gathered to break the silence surrounding youth mental health, engaging in a day designed to bridge the gap between academic pressure and personal wellbeing, said a press release.
The festival was inaugurated by chief guest Israfil Khosru, a prominent businessman, founder of the youth-led think-tank 'The Bangladeshi', and member of the BCB ad-hoc committee.
"By bringing together students from ten different universities, we are showing them that they aren't alone in their struggles. Healing happens when we show up for ourselves and each other," said Shazia Omar, Founder of The Flow Fest.
A central highlight of the day was the 'healing hour', featuring ten dedicated activity stations, focusing on the theme: 'You Be You: Find Your Flow'. The 3rd National Youth Wellness Festival ends today (Thursday).
