45 sent to jail over attack on BTRC HQ

A Dhaka court has sent 45 individuals to jail in connection with the violent attack on Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) headquarters in Agargaon onThursday. The case was filed under the Special Powers Act, reports BSS.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate passed the order on Friday, rejecting bail petitions. Police filed the case with Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station and produced the detainees in court.
