Apps to know about Glaucoma

To create awareness about Glaucoma an Android Application 'GLAUCOMA BANGLA' has been released. Glaucoma Specialist Prof M Nazrul Islam has written and developed the app, says a press release.

 Any person or a glaucoma patient can see the app and its contents to learn some basics and FAQ about Glaucoma. This digital learning from mobile phone or tab will help general people to have early diagnosis of glaucoma. Glaucoma is an eye disease which silently destroys vision. The visual loss is irreversible. Most of the time Glaucoma does not produce symptoms. The patient can feel problem when the disease is advanced or progressed to its end and soon become blind.
