RANGPUR, Aug 26 (BSS): Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and Indian Border Security Force (BSF) celebrated 'Rakhi Bandhan' festivity on Hili border in Hakimpur Upazila of Dinajpur Sunday to bolster friendly relations between the border guards.

The zero line area on Hili border turned into a 'Milan Mela' of friendship at noon when female BGB and BSF members tied 'Rakhi' on hands of the on-duty members of BSF and BGB respectively.

While tying 'Rakhi' on hands of male members of BGB and BSF by female members of the two border guards, they also fed each others with sweets strengthening relations of hearts between the two peoples.

The common people from either side of the zero line demarcation observed the pleasant moments of cementing friendly relations between members of the two neighbouring border guards.

The authorities of Hili ICP BGB Camp and Indian Hili BSF Camp jointly arranged the traditional 'Rakhi Bandhan' celebration festivity.
