BNACWC, BCSIR hold training

A training course on 'Sampling test for identification of schedule chemicals' jointly organised by Bangladesh National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention (BNACWC), Armed Forces Division (AFD) and Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) was held at the BCSIR auditorium in the city on Tuesday, according to an ISPR press release.

A total of 15 officials from National Board of Revenue (NBR) took part in the training course.

The course was designed to identify the Schedule Chemicals, and Implement Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act-2006 and OPCW Convention.

After completion of the course the BNACWC authority handed over certificates to the participants, the release added.
